Tour d’Horse, a race at walking pace, is the KIDS Foundation’s major fundraising event.
It is more than a slow-paced race - it’s a journey.
It’s the thrill of challenge, the test of horsemanship, the beauty of the Upper Hunter Valley, and the power of contributing to something greater than oneself. Over five tough days in the saddle, riders will navigate breathtaking terrain and push themselves to the summit - a place reserved for the boldest and best. With every stride they are reminded that their efforts support children and families recovering from traumatic life-altering burns, injuries and rare genetic conditions.
The event raises over $1 million each year, making a life-changing impact for more than 300,000 children and families through the KIDS Foundation’s recovery and education programs.
