Named in honour of Matt Thiele — an inspiring KIDS Foundation Youth Ambassador whose journey from surviving a devastating accident to becoming a voice of hope for others embodies the spirit of this ride — Team Thiele carried his message of courage, connection and resilience every step of the way.

With acclaimed award-winning director Simon Wincer sharing the incredible support behind the cause, including the many well-known names who have joined the journey, such as Jamie Melham and Ariarne Titmus, Tour d’Horse continues to bring people together through the power of horses and community.

Through every kilometre ridden, Team Thiele helped raise awareness and support for children, young people and families affected by trauma, serious injury and disabling health conditions — helping them find strength, confidence and hope for the future.
