THANK YOU CRAIG 'CROWIE' ALEXANDER
Long time KIDS Foundation Ambassador and 2008 Hawaiian Ironman Champion, Craig ‘Crowie’ Alexander, has won what is considered to be the biggest half Ironman in the world. In Connecticut this past weekend, Craig finished with a time of 3:59:20, ahead of Terenzo Bozzone from New Zealand on 4:00:20 and Matt Read from the USA on 4:02:10.
Recently Craig was named Male Triathlete of the Year at the Endurance Sports Awards and helped to raise almost $100k for the KIDS Foundation at the Port Macquarie Ironman 2010.
Crowie starred on Channel Nines ” The NRL Footy Show” on behalf of the KIDS Foundation, Crowie ran on the treadmill, racing against Footy legend Mario Fenech (aka the Falcon).
