- Send a copy of your media release to the local media several days before Injury Free Day (make sure you also have media release copies available for media on the day if they attend)
- Contact local media (editorial inquiries: newspaper, TV and radio), the day before Injury Free Day (or day of) to determine if they will send a photographer and journalist to your workplace
- Forward any media coverage received to KIDS Foundation administration@kidsfoundation.org.au
